EDIT 2: I'm putting the watermark back on to see if it works this time. :/
EDIT: I don't know what's going on. I'm not sure if it's just me or dA is acting up to the point I'm not able to reupload anything. :/ Sorry for spamming your inboxes again but I needed to reupload this with a horrible watermark because the dA watermark messes with the transparency...
Derp, I changed the name of this deviation. 
This is a (late) birthday gift for
She's gets a chibi L piccu from me. 
Sorry it's not much but it was all I could think of doing. Derp. I'm so late with this... Sorry. 
I really need my tablet.
The poorly made strawberry was done solely in SAI by mouse. (As usual.) I did sketch out L but it looked like he was freaking floating so I instantly regretted not drawing the strawberry under him. *fails* I messed up on his hair. Why is it always so hard to draw his hair?? ;A; But I think I am getting better at drawing chibis. c: That's a plus. ^^ I might open up point commissions for chibis now. 
Oh, it's so late now that I'm posting this. Late night posts ftw~!! 
I've done most of this in Paint Tool SAI but the rest of the effects and stuff was done in GIMP.
Well, I do hope everyone and dotti enjoys this chibi L~
